Introductory Session
Session Length: 90 minutes
Prior to meeting, each person on the team will take a 10 minute online assessment to discover their Working Genius. Each member’s geniuses will then be discussed and the entire teams’ geniuses will be mapped to discover the strengths of the team as well as possible gaps.
Team Take-A-Ways:

Each member will know and understand their geniuses as well as those of their team members

Part 2: A Deeper Dive
Session Length: 90 minutes
This session introduces the responsive and disruptive geniuses as well as the phases of work and how each genius fits best into the overall work process.
Team Take-A-Ways:
Understanding of the phases of work and the geniuses that fit best into each phase
Putting all aspects of the model together in an All in One format
1:1 sessions
Session Length: 30-45 minutes
Virtual or online discussion about the utilization of your geniuses in your specific workplace
