I taught middle school and high school mathematics in Bellingham (Washington state), Singapore, and Tunisia (North Africa) for 25 years. From 2013 – 2022 I served in school administration as an assistant principal at both the middle school and high school levels in Washington state. I resigned my school position in the fall of 2022 to focus on consulting.

I am an extrovert who enjoys getting to know people and learning their stories. We are all wired differently yet also share similarities that are common to our humanity. Learning about people’s gifts and validating them for their areas of genius is what drives me.
